Vasily Golubev, the governor of the Rostov region, claims that the Ukrainian side shelled this region.
“At about 12:00 today, our air defense system quickly worked out. A Ukrainian missile was shot down in the area between Kamensk and Donetsk. There are no victims. Shrapnel partially damaged the roof of several buildings. The damage is being specified,” the governor of the Rostov region said.
