Kyrgyzstan is interested in attracting technology and innovation from Germany, said Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov at the opening of the business forum Days of German Economy in Bishkek on June 13.
He said Germany is regarded as one of the priorities of Kyrgyz economy. The nations mark the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year. “Our relations have been actively developing in all fields, but still the potential has not yet been fully unlocked. The business forum will help to determine the areas of work,” he said.
“Now we are not short of money, but of expertise, your innovations. We hope that you will share your experience,” he said.
Over20 businessmen from Kyrgyzstan take internships in Germany every year, and now they can partner with German companies in Kyrgyzstan, he added.
